Permanent Residency Pathway for

International Students

In addition to the Federal Skilled Worker Program and the Canadian Experience Class, many Provincial Nominee Programs have streams for eligible international students with the right combination of education, experience, and language skills to become PRs.

Eligibility

01/ Age 
    NO requirement. 18-45 preferred.

02/ Language requirements
    Academic Language proficiency test
    CLB 5 and above Preferred (IELTS: Listening 5/Speaking 5/Writing 5/Reading 4).  
    CLB 4 and under would spend more time on Prerequisite English Language Course.

03/ Education
   At least high school graduation and have high school official transcript.
